The majority of our jewelry items are one-size-fits-all unless otherwise stated on the product pages. Necklaces come with an extension chain, and bracelets and rings are adjustable. Details and features are specified on each product page. We invite you to consult them.

Our jewelry is made of gold or silver stainless steel, gold-plated brass, and resin or natural stone ornaments depending on the model. They are nickel-free and resistant to daily wear. Composition details are specified on each product page. In case of skin sensitivity, opt for stainless steel and hypoallergenic models.

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. All payments are 100% secure and encrypted.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to make a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with its tags. Swimwear and unwrapped jewelry are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, thank you for your understanding. Send us an email at contact@conceptbohemia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with the complete procedure.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact us by email at contact@conceptbohemia.com, stating your order number.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metropolitan France: 7 to 15 business days
Overseas Departments and Territories: 5 to 10 business days
International: 15 to 25 business days
These times are calculated from the shipping confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery is free for purchases over €89 in mainland France. Below this amount, shipping costs apply depending on your destination. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country of receipt. We do not cover these costs and cannot guarantee their minimum amount.

If you are unsure between two sizes, opt for the larger size for fluid and draped garments. For swimwear, refer to your bust and hip measurements. For accessories, sizes are standard in One Size (OS) unless otherwise stated.
